TRIUMPHED LAST NIGHT AT THE 52ND ANNUAL GRAMMY AWARDS…

HIS FIRST AMERICAN GRAMMY!

He’s known for his more than 40 years of impeccable artistic excellence, of continually refreshing his discography and list of hits. His gifted, soul-stirring voice and his larger-than-life personality have conquered stages all over the world and earned prizes and trophies. There was only one major award that he hadn’t received: the American GRAMMYTM… Last night, he finally won this overdue recognition, after being nominated on several previous occasions.

Vicente Fernández took home the GRAMMYTM for Best Regional Mexican Album with Necesito de Ti. This album was re-released on December 15, 2009, five months after the CD release, as a special-edition DVD. Both the CD and DVD have moved up the charts and been warmly embraced by Mexican music fans.

The GRAMMY awards were televised live, last night, on CBS.

Vicente Fernández is currently promoting his new single “Estado Civil” (Marital Status) from his award-winning album Necesito de Ti.

With this iconic award, Vicente Fernández once again demonstrates that he is an all-time great of Mexican music.

    You should do proof reading befor you post anything on the website.

    One of your BIGGEST LATIN ARTIST has his name MISPELLED.. VINCENTE??? No!!! It should read: VICENTE.

    You might want to pay attention to these little details as management and artist may get upset. Shows lack of respect and seriousness towards the artist.
