I needed to follow my own path and I took the risk in doing it”.

Produced by Claudio Guidetti, the album was recorded in Irún, Madrid, Genoa, Milan and Los Angeles. It includes 11 songs composed by Amaia Montero, who was totally involved in the whole creation of the album, from the development of the early demos to the supervising of the whole recording and mixing process. Today, one year after the release of her debut solo album, Amaia Montero just obtained the Premio 40 Principales ’09 award in the Best Album category, a prize that adds to the success obtained by an unbeatable album.
